West AlabamaWorks is a regional partnership of business, industry, government, and education that seeks to build a highly skilled workforce, connect people with jobs, and create a better future for all of our citizens.
West AlabamaWorks is a 501(c) 3 organization formed by the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama and the Region 3 Workforce Development Council. The Chamber serves as the managing and fiscal agent as well as the administrative support to the Council.

World of Works is here to open the eyes of today’s youth and parents to many career opportunities available. We encourage all of our industries to get involved in one of the five workforce Clusters (Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, and Professional Services) engaged in developing a comprehensive, coordinated, seamless workforce development system for our region.
